Action OT is a Registered NDIS Provider. We can provide services to Agency, Self and Plan Managed Participants.

Fees for NDIS clients are:

Agency and Plan Managed Participants – $193.99 per hour for Occupational Therapy and $86.79 for Allied Health Assistance Level 2

Travel is charged at 50% of the hourly rate of the service provided. Travel is capped according to the NDIS travel guidelines, based on the appointment location. 

Self-Managed Participants – $219.11 per hour

Travel at $219.11 per hour

Kilometre rate of $1.50 per kilometre

A large number of private health insurers provide a rebate for occupational therapy services. Please contact your health fund directly to confirm your level of cover and eligibility for rebates.

**Please note you are unable to claim a rebate from both Medicare AND your private health insurance. A gap payment will apply for private health insurance clients.

Fees for Private Health Insurance clients are $219.11 per hour for OT and $97.99 per hour for Allied Health Assistance

Kilometre rate of $1.50 per kilometre

Full payment for services is required. A receipt will be issued to enable the client to claim back from their private health insurer

Supervision is provided by our senior Occupational Therapists Nikki Cousins and Sophie Anderson. Supervision for Nikki is charged at the rate of $250.00 per hour + GST. Supervision for Sophie is charged at the rate of $219.11 per hour + GST.
