We have a fun and collaborative work culture, and our office is within short walking distance to local amenities, restaurants, and Stockland Greenhills.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
The position will be based at our clinic and within the community, completing home and community-based visits according to client needs. The caseload includes, but is not limited to, working with adolescents and adults who have physical disabilities, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and global developmental delay, as well as aged clients.
Role responsibilities will include functional assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications (minor and major), therapeutic interventions focussed on goal-directed functional skill development, and report writing. Our business prides itself on providing ongoing regular supervision, clinical support, training and professional development opportunities for all staff. If you are an OT with experience, but you don’t have experience working in a similar role or with a similar client group, we would still love to hear from you! All staff operate on a buddy system when commencing with Action OT and complete competency-based assessment and training in all caseload areas prior to working independently with clients. This ensures we continue to provide the high-quality service to our clients for which we are known.
Please note we are not an occupational rehabilitation provider. We work predominately with NDIS Participants, DVA clients and privately funded clients.
The Perks:
The successful applicant will be provided with a laptop and mobile phone as part of the remuneration package. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Work from home or in office options are also available.
While we would love to have another amazing OT join us full-time to help us meet the demand for quality service in our area, we also believe in work-life balance and can offer a permanent part-time position for the right applicant.
